  23. LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR WHEEL VOLUME COMPUTER SOFTWARE
  24. "You" and "you" and "User" and "user" refers to the user of this computer
  25. software, entitled "Wheel Volume."  This agreement is between the user and
  26. Justin P. Yunke (or his benefactors).
  27.  
  28. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United
  29. States of America.
  30.  
  31. TRIAL PERIOD TERMS FOR "WHEEL VOLUME"
  32. The user of this software is hereby permitted to use "Wheel Volume" within a
  33. trial period of 30 days from initial acquisition.
  34.  
  35. If the user chooses to continue using "Wheel Volume" past the initial trial
  36. period, a payment of $10 (US Dollars) is required.  This payment is to be
  37. sent to:

  49. LIABILITY TERMS FOR "WHEEL VOLUME"
  50. "Use at your own risk"

  52. No warranties are written or implied for the use of "Wheel Volume."
  53. If your jurisdiction disallows such a warranty, you are hereby not allowed
  54. to utilize this software.

  56. This includes, but is not limited to data loss, data manipulation, and hardware
  57. failure thought to be caused by "Wheel Volume."

  59. The author hereby offers "Wheel Volume" in good faith.

  61. REDISTRIBUTION TERMS FOR "WHEEL VOLUME"

  63. The redistribution of the shareware trial version of "Wheel Volume" by the user
  64. or any other individual is allowed, such that ALL of the following guidelines

  67.     1.  Notification of Justin P. Yunke must be made regarding mass
  68.         redistribution. (such as on a "shareware collection CDROM" or posted
  69.         on a website.)

  71.     2.  No amount is to be charged for the software, aside from a realistic
  72.         handling/media charge for distribution.  The intended recipient of
  73.         this software must be made full aware of all of the terms of this
  74.         license agreement.

  76.     3.  Any and all registration codes may not be given or sold to
  77.         non-registered users without express written permission from
  78.         Justin P. Yunke or his benefactors.

  80.     4.  You may not modify the distribution in any way, i.e. by adding any
  81.         files, removing any files, or modifying the text or binary information
  82.         in any way, shape, or form.  The original self-extracting archive or
  83.         "zipped" file must be left entact.

  108. The user is hereby granted a single use of the "Wheel Volume" executable.
  109. Multiple users may use "Wheel Volume" so long as no two users utilize a single
  110. license simultaneously.  Multiple computers may use "Wheel Volume" so as no
  111. two copies utilize a single license simultaneously.
